To help you begin your journey, Demi offers an introductory package of 3 consultations at a reduced rate. This gives you the space to settle into the process and experience the full benefit of ongoing support in a safe, compassionate environment. Counselling is most effective when it takes place over a few sessions rather than just one. This allows time to build trust, explore challenges in more depth, and develop practical tools that support lasting change. Includes 3 consultations (R600 per session). This package is designed to give you the opportunity to experience the full benefit of counselling over multiple sessions.
